Terms Of Use - This Filemonet Services Agreement ("Agreement") describes the terms and conditions under which Filemonet ("we") offers services to you ("User"). By using our services, Users agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
- We reserve the right to disable direct links on user accounts that use excessive bandwidth or abuse the system.
- Illegal pornography, nudity, sexual images and any type of offensive images or videos are prohibited. Copyrighted material is also strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to decide appropriate content and may remove images or videos at any time without User notice.
- Users must agree to comply with all applicable laws in their location, including copyright and trademark laws. Images, videos and files that violate copyright or trademark are not allowed. If someone files an infringement claim against you, you will be asked to remove the copyrighted file until the issue is resolved. If there is a dispute between participants on this site, Hxfile is under no obligation to become involved.
- Filemonet is not responsible for any images, videos or files of your or any business lost due to unavailability or loss of the website. We make no claims as to future reliability in presenting, hosting, or storing your images, videos, or files.
- To save operational costs, every file that has not been downloaded for a minimum of 60 days will be deleted.
