• Copyright Violation: Sharing works without permission from the copyright holder is strictly prohibited. For copyright infringement reports, we require a formal DMCA takedown request originating from the copyright holder or their representative. Invalid requests will be disregarded. Takedown requests sent to any address other than [email protected] will also be ignored. Please refer to the "Copyright Infringement" section below for more details.
• Abuse of Minors: Any videos, images, or audio fragments depicting abuse or inappropriate touching of minors will be removed immediately and reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children when discovered.
• Terrorism: Content that promotes and glorifies acts of terrorism, including videos, images, or audio fragments, is strictly prohibited.
• Gore: Graphic and shocking videos or images depicting severe harm to humans or animals are not allowed. While we understand that shocking content may not be illegal in most places, it can have negative effects on unsuspecting viewers. Therefore, we will remove such content when reported.
• Malware and Computer Viruses: Uploading software designed to harm computer systems is prohibited.
• Doxing: Posting private information about individuals or organizations, including publicly sharing private photos, videos, or documents, is not acceptable. Shaming and extortion are also not tolerated.

Violating these rules will result in your account being banned from FIILEMONET.

If you come across content that falls into any of these prohibited categories on FIILEMONET, please report it using the report button on the download page of the file. When a file receives enough reports of the same type, it will be automatically blocked. We also conduct manual reviews of reported files periodically.

Copyright Infringement:

If you discover content that infringes on your copyright, you can send a formal DMCA takedown request to [email protected], and we will review it. In your email, you must make a sworn statement, under penalty of perjury, affirming that you (or your company) own exclusive rights to the claimed content. Please include the name of your organization for proper categorization.

Abuse reports from repeated senders are automatically processed, provided they are sent to [email protected]. Please do not send abuse reports to support, sales, or any other email address, as your report will be ignored or delayed.
